For example: Dancing is one ot these reflections.While dancing you need to be connected in three areas:
- Connection to the Music
- Connection to Yourself, via your Center Point of Balance.
- And finally, Connection to your Partner's C.P.B.
To Live Life to it's fullest you need to be connected in these three areas:
- Connection to God
- Connection to Yourself, 'Know thyself"
- And finally, Connection to your Family, Friends, and yes even Strangers.
